The recently renovated and well-equipped Villa Kruuva offers an excellent setting for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. It is also ideally suited for families with children. Located right by the sea, the cottage offers beautiful views over the bay from its windows and terraces. Come and enjoy nature together with friends, family, or colleagues.

Villa Kruuva’s kitchen is well equipped and designed for comfortable cooking. A wide selection of dishes and utensils is available for both preparing and serving meals. With plenty of counter space, cooking is easy even for larger groups. The bright kitchen also offers beautiful views of the sea and the terrace.

Villa Kruuva offers three comfortable double bedrooms. High-quality beds and fresh, clean linens ensure a restful night’s sleep. In addition, the sauna cabin provides sleeping accommodation for two additional guests.

Villa Kruuva offers a comfortable and inviting space for relaxation. The living room’s sofa set and the warm glow of the fireplace create a welcoming atmosphere for unwinding and spending time together. The living area is equipped with a television and audio system, making it ideal for a cosy movie night.

Terrace

A cosy and spacious terrace

Villa Kruuva’s terrace area is generously sized. A gas grill, pavilion, and an 8-person dining set allow for outdoor grilling and dining. The terrace sofa set and sun loungers are perfect for relaxing in the evening and admiring the open sea view. Of the 150 m² terrace area, 58 m² is covered, so the weather won’t hinder your outdoor enjoyment.

Idyllic sauna cabin

The idyllic sauna cabin provides cosy accommodation for two people. The space is filled with natural light, and the windows offer a beautiful sea view. The cabin is equipped with a small sink and, during the summer season, a water supply. The sauna cabin is suitable for year-round accommodation.

Saunas

Atmospheric saunas and a modern shower room

Villa Kruuva features two saunas. The indoor sauna accommodates up to six people and is electrically heated. The steam is soft and enjoyable, and the lighting creates a warm, atmospheric ambience. Adjacent to the sauna is a clean and well-kept shower area. The outdoor sauna is a wood-heated sauna renovated from an old smoke sauna, where the distinctive character and subtle scent of the original smoke sauna can still be experienced. Both saunas have direct access to the terrace.

Beautiful sea views

From the windows and terrace of Villa Kruuva, stunning views extend over Ervastonlahti Bay and towards the nearby islands of Marsaari and Isoluoto. The calming seascape is one of the cottage’s greatest highlights.

Private beach and boat moorings

Villa Kruuva features a peaceful private beach and a pier. The sandy-bottomed shoreline deepens quickly towards the end of the pier. The sturdy pier is equipped with two benches, perfect for sitting in the evening and enjoying the sea breeze. The shoreline has been dredged to allow boat access, and the pier offers two boat berths, allowing guests to arrive by boat.

A rowing boat is also available for guests to use.

A unique feature of the lower floor: a private bar

A unique feature of Villa Kruuva is a private bar built from kelo logs, located on the lower level of the cottage. The cozy bar features an open fireplace built from natural stones, a wooden bar counter with stools, and décor inspired by traditional hunting lodge style. Underfloor heating makes it comfortable to use even in winter.

In addition to the bar, the lower level also includes a lounge area, a washing machine, a water point, and a fridge-freezer.

Prices:

Season A:

During Season A, rentals are available for full weeks only. Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. The changeover day is Monday.

Summer months, Christmas, and New Year: €2200 per week.
Midsummer week: €2400

Season B:

Season B covers all other times of the year. Shorter stays are also available. Weekends (Friday–Sunday) are rented as a whole. During Season B, arrival and departure times can be agreed separately. For weekend bookings, arrival is possible from Friday morning, with departure on Sunday evening.

Season B: €1740 per week
Season B, Weekend rate: €1030

Prices include 14% VAT. An advance payment of 20% is due within one week of booking, with the final payment due six weeks before arrival. For last-minute bookings, the full amount is payable at once (see booking terms).
